Collaboration Sessions Overview

Collaborate with your team on event models. Connect with your team in real-time to ensure everyone is looking at the latest model and you’re all on the same page.

The collaboration feature is familiar to users who collaborate simultaneously in real-time with tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and so forth) and user interface design tools such as Figma.

It can be helpful to run a collaboration session in conjunction with a video meeting or chat channel so that your team can communicate about changes that should be made to the model, and who should make them.

The collaboration feature supports starting and joining multiple sessions.

Keep the following in mind:

  • Larger model sizes can increase latency times.

  • A large number of participants could increase latency times, depending on activity.

  • Make sure you have a strong internet connection when running the collaboration feature.
